About HIMM

HIMM is owned and operated by Jeff Vietzke – Licensed Washington State Home Inspector #986 and General Contractor License #HOMEIIM875D5.  Jeff is a life-long Spokane resident and feels very fortunate to live and work in a place as beautiful as Spokane.  In 1988, he began his career in the residential rental and commercial housing industry.  In 1994, he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.  He is a “hands-on” owner/operator who takes a personal approach and much pride in any services HIMM provides.

Jeff loves spending time with his family and their two dogs - Chloe and Rocco. Jeff's son, Logan, has joined the HIMM Team as a home inspector. He and Logan enjoy all the outdoor activities Spokane and its surrounding areas have to offer. When it comes to indoor activities, they build award-winning custom cars and choppers together as a father/son team.
